What is required for Storm Water? There is a stormwater management plan required for each site and its related build out.  The requirements are set by the County and found on our website Click here. Each site wll have a different plan and requirements that is dependent on the site's overall design, landscaping materials being used, amount of roadways/sidewalks/driveways and the overall building footprint.  With a detailed understanding of the requirements,  a knowledgeable design team will be able to find the most effective storm water management plan without having the need for storm water retention on site.  Register with us today to learn more.
 
Land Owners Association Fee's? Origin Business Park does have Land Owners Fee's that cover the management and operational costs of the business park.  Depending on your site, annual fees range from $500 – $1100.  Register with us today to receive a copy of the land owner fee schedule.
 
Architectural Guidelines? They are no Architectural guidelines for the business park, but the County does set build out and zoning usage guidelines that will guide your design team.  These documents can be found here.
